A Conceptual Framework on IT Governance Impact on Organizational Performance: A Dynamic Capability Perspective

Recent years have seen substantial growth in Information Technology Governance (ITG) research. However, the influence of ITG on organizational performance has been less covered and very little theorized. To address this gap, purpose paper is to build a conceptual framework provide better understanding contribution performance. Based an extensive literature review guided by dynamic capabilities perspective, proposed analyses – Organizational Performance relationship through lenses capability perspective generate set five research propositions. The suggests that effectiveness mechanisms (structures, processes, relational mechanisms), contribute development competence which impact IT management their evolution. Moreover, more likely lead when are developed line with business strategy.
